Examination Room

A hall arranged to CBSE seating norms for term examinations, with a separate room for children who need extra time or a scribe.

Term and board-pattern examinations are conducted in the assembly hall, seated to CBSE norms with the prescribed spacing, numbered places, a visible clock and invigilation from outside the child's own subject.

A separate quiet room is used for children with an approved accommodation — extra time, a scribe, or a reader — and for any child sitting a paper apart on medical grounds.

What it holds

  • Seating to CBSE spacing and numbering norms
  • Visible clock, notice board and invigilation roster
  • Sealed question-paper handling and answer-script custody
  • Separate quiet room for approved accommodations
  • Examination Committee oversees the schedule and conduct
