Holistic Development

Health & Wellness

Health check-ups on record, a stocked health care room, safe drinking water, yoga on the timetable and a counsellor children can reach on their own.

Physical health

Periodic height, weight, vision, dental and general check-ups recorded on each child’s health card, with findings that need attention conveyed to parents in writing.

Health care room

A rest bed, a stocked first-aid station, first-aid trained staff through school hours, and a standing protocol with a nearby hospital.

Water & sanitation

RO drinking-water points on every level, tested periodically; separate washrooms for girls and boys, cleaned on a logged schedule.

Emotional wellbeing

A trained counsellor children can approach themselves, age-appropriate group sessions, and class teachers who mentor a fixed group all year.

Movement

A games period and yoga for every grade, mallakhamb for strength and balance, and an open ground children actually use at break.

Food & nutrition

Home tiffin, with guidance to families on what makes a school lunch box work; no packaged snacks or aerated drinks on campus.

Taught, not just provided

  • Personal hygiene and handwashing in the primary years
  • Adolescent-stage sessions, separately for girls and boys
  • Personal-safety and good-touch/bad-touch awareness, age appropriate
  • Screen use, sleep and study habits in the middle school
  • Basic first aid and emergency response for senior children

Medication is administered only on a parent’s written instruction, and any known allergy or condition is recorded on the child’s health card and flagged to their class teacher.

Come and see the school on an ordinary day — call the office and we will keep someone free to walk you around.
