Reception

The single controlled entry point for every visitor, with registration, verification and escort — and the first voice on the school telephone.

Every visitor to the campus comes through the reception, is registered in the visitor book with photo identification, is issued a badge, and is escorted to whoever they have come to see. No visitor moves about the building unaccompanied.

The reception also handles the school telephone, receives and issues correspondence, holds the late-arrival and early-departure register, and is the point at which a child is handed over to an authorised adult.

What it holds

  • Visitor registration with photo identification and badge
  • Escort to and from every appointment
  • Late-arrival and early-departure register
  • Handover of children only to authorised adults
  • School telephone, enquiries and correspondence
  • CCTV coverage of the entry and forecourt

Come and see the school on an ordinary day — call the office and we will keep someone free to walk you around.
