Admission Process
Seven steps from enquiry to first day, with the age criteria, the documents to bring and what happens if a class is full.
The process, step by step

Enquire
Call or visit the school office. You will be given the prospectus and the fee schedule, and a time to see the campus.

Visit the school
Come during school hours and see ordinary classes in progress. We do not stage lessons for visitors.

Submit the form
Complete the admission form and submit it with the documents listed below and the registration fee.

Interaction
An informal interaction with the child, and a conversation with the parents. There is no written entrance test for the primary years.

Offer of a seat
Where a seat is available, the school confirms admission in writing with a date by which the fee must be paid.

Complete admission
Pay the first instalment, submit the transfer certificate if the child is transferring, and collect the book and uniform list.

Orientation
New children and their parents attend an orientation before the year opens and meet the class teacher.
Age criteria

| Grades II to X | Age appropriate to the grade, with a transfer certificate from the previous school |
Documents to bring
- Birth certificate (municipal), original and copy
- Aadhaar card of the child and of one parent
- Passport photographs of the child and both parents
- Transfer certificate from the previous school, for Grade II and above
- Report card or progress report of the last year completed
- Address proof and, where applicable, caste or category certificate
- Medical record, including immunisation, and any known allergy or condition
If the division is full
A division is kept to 25 children in the pre-primary years and 35 in the primary years, and we do not exceed it. Where a division is full, your child’s name goes on a dated waiting list and you are told the position honestly — not kept hoping.
What we do not do
No hidden charges beyond the published fee. No preference, ever, on grounds of caste, community, gender or a parent’s position.
