Leave Application Format
The leave application format, with the attendance rule and what to do about missed work.
All absence needs a written application from a parent, submitted in advance where the leave is planned and on the day of return where it is not. A medical certificate is required for absence beyond three consecutive days.
A minimum of 75% attendance is required for promotion and for CBSE examination eligibility, so please plan family travel around the calendar where you can.

Any document not yet uploaded can be collected from, or inspected at, the school office during office hours.
Please note
- Leave during an examination is granted only on medical grounds, with a certificate
- A child is released early only against a written request, to a parent or authorised adult
- Missed work is the child’s responsibility; the class teacher will indicate what to cover
- Absence beyond three days needs a medical certificate on return
- Prolonged absence should be discussed with the class teacher in advance
