Bonafide Certificate Request
A request format for a bonafide, character or attendance certificate, usually issued the same day.
A bonafide certificate confirms that a child is on the school's roll, with their grade, date of birth and date of admission as recorded in the admission register. It is commonly needed for a passport, a bank account, a scholarship application or a concession pass.
Submit the request at the reception, stating the purpose. Certificates are normally issued the same working day, or the next.

Any document not yet uploaded can be collected from, or inspected at, the school office during office hours.
Please state on the request
- The child’s full name as it appears in the school record, grade and division
- The purpose for which the certificate is needed
- Any specific wording the receiving authority requires
- A contact number, so the office can call when it is ready
