Terms & Conditions
The fee, attendance, withdrawal and conduct terms a family accepts on admission — set out plainly rather than in small print.
These are the terms on which a child is admitted and continues at the school. They are printed in the prospectus and signed at the time of admission; nothing here is a surprise clause.
Fees
The annual fee is published and payable in the instalments shown on the fee schedule, by the stated dates. Fees once paid are not refundable except as set out under withdrawal. Late payment attracts the charge published in the schedule.
Withdrawal
A month’s written notice is required. The transfer certificate is issued after all dues are cleared and school property returned, normally within seven working days.
Attendance
A minimum of 75% attendance is required for promotion and for CBSE examination eligibility. Leave needs a written application; a medical certificate is required for absence beyond three days.
Conduct
Children are expected to follow the school code of conduct and the discipline policy. Serious or repeated breach may lead to withdrawal, after the parents have been heard.
Records and consent
Parents are responsible for keeping contact details current. Photographs taken at school events may be used in school publications and on this website unless a parent asks in writing that they are not.
Transport
Transport is optional and charged route-wise. Routes and stops are fixed for the year; a change is accommodated where the route permits it.

- Uniform to be worn as specified on all school days
- Mobile phones are not permitted on campus
- Children handed over only to a parent or an authorised adult
- Visitors registered at reception and escorted on campus
- The school’s decision on grade placement is final
- Rules may be revised, with notice to parents in writing
If a family faces genuine financial difficulty, speak to the office before dues fall behind. The school would far rather find an arrangement than lose a child.
