Admission Forms
The admission form, the registration form and the parent undertaking, with the checklist of documents to attach.
Print the form, complete it in block letters and submit it at the reception with the documents on the checklist. Incomplete forms are held rather than rejected — the office will tell you what is missing.

Any document not yet uploaded can be collected from, or inspected at, the school office during office hours.
Documents to attach
- Municipal birth certificate, original and copy
- Aadhaar card of the child and of one parent
- Passport photographs of the child and both parents
- Transfer certificate, for Grade II and above
- Last report card or progress report
- Address proof; category certificate where applicable
- Immunisation record and details of any allergy or condition
