CBSE requires every affiliated school to publish a defined set of information and documents on its website, and to keep it current. This section is that disclosure, together with the school's committees and its published policies.

Where a certificate is held but not yet scanned for publication, the page says so plainly and states where the original can be inspected.

Mandatory Public Disclosures The full CBSE disclosure set — general information, documents and information, results, staff and infrastructure — in one place.

Trust Registration Certificate The school is run by Chaitanya Research and Educational Services Trust, registered under the Societies Act and the Bombay Public Trusts Act.

School Management Committee The committee that governs the school under the CBSE Bye-Laws — its composition, its terms of reference and how often it meets.

Recognition The school's recognition by the state education department and its affiliation particulars with CBSE.

Building Safety Certificate Structural stability certification for the academic block, issued by a competent authority and renewed as required.

Fire Safety Certificate Fire safety clearance from the competent authority, with the extinguisher, hydrant and exit provisions it certifies.

Water & Sanitation Certificate Certification that the campus provides potable drinking water and adequate, hygienic sanitation for its children and staff.

Land Certificate Title and land-use particulars for the 1.5-acre site the school stands on, held in the name of the managing trust.

Self-Certification The school's own declaration that it complies with the CBSE Affiliation Bye-Laws and the conditions of its recognition.

School Safety Committee The committee responsible for campus, transport, fire and child safety — its composition, duties and meeting cycle.

Examination Committee Who runs the school's examinations, and the controls that sit around paper setting, invigilation and results.

School Discipline Policy What the school expects, how it responds when expectations are not met, and the absolute prohibition on corporal punishment.

Anti-Bullying Policy A definition a child can understand, four ways to report, and a graded response that starts with protecting the child who was hurt.

POCSO Committee The school's child-protection committee under the POCSO Act, 2012 — its members, its mandatory reporting duty and how a child can reach it.

Examination & Assessment Policy The full assessment scheme: components and weighting, grading scales, promotion criteria, accommodations and remedial support.

POSH Committee The Internal Committee constituted under the POSH Act, 2013, its composition, and how a complaint is made and dealt with.
