
School Management Committee
The committee that governs the school under the CBSE Bye-Laws — its composition, its terms of reference and how often it meets.
The School Management Committee is constituted as the CBSE Affiliation Bye-Laws require. It is the school's governing body: it approves the budget and the fee structure, oversees appointments, reviews academic performance and infrastructure, and is answerable for the school's compliance.
The committee meets at least twice each academic year, and its minutes are maintained in the school office.

Terms of reference
- Approve the annual budget and the audited accounts
- Fix and review the fee structure
- Oversee staff appointments, service conditions and grievances
- Review academic results and the school development plan
- Approve infrastructure development and major expenditure
- Ensure compliance with CBSE, state and statutory requirements
- Review the school’s safety, child-protection and POSH arrangements
- Meet at least twice each academic year and record minutes
